Image · 16:9Coaches understand their offer from the inside. Buyers judge it from the outside.
You know your offer deeply. The buyer is meeting it for the first time.
The common mistake
Writing offer messaging from the founder's level of context. Using internal language, frameworks, or jargon that means nothing on a first read.
The sharper reframe
The buyer is not reading your offer page like a student. They are scanning it for relevance. If they cannot place themselves inside it in a few seconds, the offer feels unclear no matter how well it is built.
What this means for high-ticket coaches
Test the offer language on someone outside your world. If they cannot describe who it is for and what it does in one sentence, the message needs work, even if the offer itself does not.
